Our brief

The Microsoft team wanted a venue that would accommodate under one roof, the extensive range of parallel sessions and incidental meetings that this annual event required. It was important that all attendees could move easily between activities, and readily access their exhibiting Partners for networking, learning and catering.

The client needed to feel assured that each attendee’s participation would be handled well, including getting their hotel booked, and having an efficient transport service to/from the venue.

It was also important not only to deliver the whole event cost-effectively, with minimal set up costs, but to achieve something impressive, reflecting the importance of the organisation’s investment in their people.

Nearly every member of our team brought their specific area of expertise to support this annual event in one way or another and it was truly one of our highlights of the year to see all of the rigorous planning come together as one highly professional, polished event.
