Issued “hold-the-date” notifications to sites; sent full invitations with fact sheets, and facilitated online registration; liaised with each attendee to plan travel and other requirements; liaised with locally-working CRAs to update them on attendance and working closely to optimise numbers; personal pre-event confirmation for all attendees and welcomed each attendee personally on the site, providing hospitality desk support during the event; post event feedback survey.
